Newcastle’s Top Divorce and Family Law Specialist, Joanne Major comments following the breakdown of a marriage of 17 years, Mrs Justice King has awarded a settlement of £54 million pounds to the wife, the largest divorce award in UK history. In what was an extremely interesting case, the Judge condemned the husband who failed to comply with Court Orders directing him to provide his financial details or even to attend the Final Hearing himself.
