Helen worked in retail for 20 years, carrying out various roles within the company, including administration, payroll, cash office, checkout duties and management, all focused around a high level of customer service.
She has a wealth of customer service experience and communication skills, dealing with both staff and customer issues.
Previous to retail Helen worked in banking and finance for 8 years.
